Anthony Finn joined team Shandon a short time after the official opening. He has created an excellent team of driven, motivated and creative Chef’s who are passionate about creating food that you will come back for time and time again. Anthony’s first project was to create a breakfast offering that guests will ‘rave about’, he believes that Breakfast is the most important dining experience for guests because it is usually their ‘farewell’ meal. He introduced premium quality, locally sourced food and added various little touches that demonstrate his eagerness to impress. Our guests favourites are the freshly made fruit smoothies, the homemade muesli and for those who are conscious about their health, our ‘detox water’ has hit the spot!
Having just hosted our first wedding, we were thrilled when the wedding party gave the hotel a standing ovation for the presentation and taste of the food provided. Many guests remarked that the food was ‘high end restaurant quality’, despite the huge numbers we were catering for.
