Treatment Time

Please note that your treatment time advertised in the package you book is the total time in the treatment room.  This will include your ‘in-room’ consultation and the time it takes you to get comfortable prior and get dressed afterwards.  We usually bring you to the treatment floor reception 10-15 minutes before your treatment is due to start, this is to allow you time to use the bathroom and fill out your consultation form.  We endeavor at all times to run on schedule and to ensure all guests get the full benefit of their time, however this is never guaranteed.

If you arrive late, this may affect your time in the treatment room, or if there are any concerns in relation to your health, wellbeing or behaviour we reserve the right to end the treatment with immediate affect.

This also applies to the bayview hot tub experience.  Your allocated time will include getting comfortable and exiting, therefore if you have a 30 minute slot booked, you can assume your time in the hot tub relaxing will be between 20-25 minutes.
