Food & Beverage Changes

We have made some temporary changes to how we operate our food & beverage outlets for your safety in line with our enhanced COVID-19 Hygiene promise.

  1. Menu’s will no longer be provided.  All menus are available via this link Please ensure you have your mobile device with you to view the menu
  2. All tables must be pre-booked for Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Bar Food and Dinner in Marbles
  3. Our tables have been arranged to allow for social distancing per table/booking
  4. We ask that only those of the same household or ‘bubble’ book a table together in line with HSE guidelines
  5. Arrangments are subject to change without notice in line with our Covid-19 Hygiene promise
  6. No table or position is guaranteed at present in order for us to adhere to our strict Covid-19 hygiene policy
  7. In line with our Covid-19 protocol, no services are guaranteed should we be required to quarantine areas of the hotel or team members
  8. During October, November and December 2021 we will be building an extension to the main bar along with a complete refurbishment therefore bar services will provided in the Mc Carthy Suite.

The reason for the above changes are to ensure that your table, chairs and condiments are fully dis-infected and 100% safe for you to relax and enjoy your dining experience with us.  If you have difficulty with your mobile device or if you don’t wish to bring it with you, we can provide a disposable menu, however in line with our eco-friendly policy we ask that you do access our menus via your device as much as possible.


We have reserved our lobby area for you to relax and enjoy drinks at your leisure however, you must pre-book your table to ensure your table is fully dis-infected.  We ask that you do not casually sit or touch any table unless you have pre-booked it and are shown to your table by a member of our team.

Before you arrive, we have encouraged you to book your tables in advance.  If you have yet to do so, please ensure you book now by contacting reception or book via the links below.


We require you to book your table for breakfast, this is done on a first come first serve basis.  We ask that you spend no longer than 1.5 hours at your table to allow us to adhere to our enhanced Covid-19 policies.

When you check in, you’ll be given the availability for breakfast if you have yet to reserve your slot and our receptionist will book you in.  If you are in-house and have not booked your seating for Breakfast yet, please contact reception.

Breakfast will be served buffet style, however, our team will serve you in line with our Covid-19 policies and procedures.  We kindly ask that you do not touch any of the utensils and we ask for your patience.

Beats Bar

We require you to book your table in advance or just before you leave your room, simply dial (0) and we will take care of you.  Again, during busy periods, there may be a 1.5 hour limit per table for food, however, as a resident, we will prepare a fully sanitised table in the lobby should you wish to continue to enjoy drinks by way of table service.

Please note, due to social distancing we often serve beats bar menu in the McCarthy Suite.

At present, inside dining is for resdients of the hotel & day spa only.  The terrace is open to non-residents of the hotel and spa.

Marbles Restaurant

Marbles is open subject to availability during this uncertain time.  Although we may take your booking, due to constraints, your reservation may be changed to Beats Bar or the McCarthy Suite without notice and we apologise profusely for this and we appreciate your understanding and patience at this time.

As always, we recommend that you book Marbles with as much notice as possible.

Due to social distancing, Marbles is extended into JonJo’s bar area and we cannot guarantee table position at the time of booking.

At present, inside dining is for resdients of the hotel & day spa only.  The terrace is open to non-residents of the hotel and spa.

Afternoon Tea

We require 48 hours notice as all our sweet treats are made fresh daily by our in-house pastry chef.  If you have had a treatment in our spa or have availed of the thermal spa experience, you are welcome to dine indoors.


At present we are not in a position to welcome non-resdients for indoor dining.  We apologise profusely for this.  Our  outdoor terrace is open to non-residents.  We have a full drinks menu and food menu.  Our terrace overlooks the bay and is beautiful on a mild, dry day.  Unfortunately it is not sheltered.  Well behaved dogs are most welcome to join you on our terrace.

How To Book

For larger groups, we recommend that you maintain a 1m distance between anyone outside of your household however.  We can accommodate larger groups provided you confirm that you are aware of our recommendation and aware of the risks if you choose to share a table with someone other than your own household.  Please specify when booking how many you wish to sit together and if your group will require social distancing in relation to your seating plan.
